EmbraceTM post and core resin instructions Embrace pile core resin is a versatile, double cure, resin based dental restoration and material for post and core construction. Good water resistance, self bonding and self etching of dentin. It does not require acid etching or adhesives, but they can also be used if required. This material releases fluoride and has an X-ray resistance. It does not contain bisphenol A and glycidyl methacrylate. Post - core resins cut like dentin. With a rotating instrument, the grinding effect is smooth and accurate, without sticking or shaking. Embracecore resin can be used as the nuclear establishment and material as the cusp fracture, crack and repair teeth crown defects, can also be used as a multifunctional repair material in part or in whole filling and damaged or broken crown or bridge. The material can form uniform post and core structure at one step. The resin is also an ideal nuclear material, because of its good mobility, can enter the cracks and voids, and therefore can be used in cases without piles (such as broken). It can bond tooth structure and release fluorine.
Physical properties: compressive strength: 40652 psi/280mPa flexural strength: 14065 psi/97mPa, oral hypoxia, 37 degrees C, self coagulation time: 3 minutes, 10 seconds. Light curing time: halogen lamp: 20 seconds (minimum 300 mw/cm2). The curing depth is 4 millimeters. All curing lamps can be cured. The stronger the light, the faster the curing.
